15th of June, 15.00 CET: Webinar Regenerative therapies for cardiac arrhythmias

Presenter: Dr. Geert Boink, AUMC depts. of Clinical Cardiology and Medical Biology

Dr. Geert Boink works as a cardiologist in the clinic of the Amsterdam UMC, but also set up his own translational research group within the department of Medical Biology. His research focuses on cell- and gene-based therapies for the treatment of bradyarrhythmias, ultimately replacing electronic pacemakers for biological alternatives to overcome hardware-related issues. During this webinar, dr. Boink will talk about the development of novel regenerative therapies to prevent or cure cardiac arrhythmias.
